1904-The Western family granted the Bradhurst's a 49 year lease
and they set about rebuilding the house once more. During the
First World War over 100 soldiers were billeted in Rivenhall Place
in numbers of not less than 30 at a time. Maunsel Bradhurst died
in 1920 and Mrs. Bradhurst continued to live in the house until
the end of the 2nd World War. Since that time, three families have
lived in Rivenhall: the Trench's the Stapleton's, and the Wilkes'.
